Yin Yoga Master Classes
I felt like it was time. To meet new as well as familiar yin yoga practitioners, on the mat. In a new setting, beyond the teacher trainings.
So, I decided to get some classes on my schedule, and teach a two hour yin yoga class, almost every Thursday this fall, at Yogayama in Stockholm.
This is what you can expect:
Yin Yoga is a practice of awareness and letting go. It´s a physically and mentally healing practice which stimulates qi flow through our fascia and meridians. It brings together the three bodies: physical, astral (emotions) and mental (thoughts), and clears the channels (meridians). Yin Yoga gently stimulates mobility in our joints as we relax our muscles and deepen our inner awareness. This will all have a calming effect on the body and mind.

These Yin Yoga masterclasses will give you the opportunity to explore your inner world. The practice can be challenging on all levels and is suitable for yoga practitioners and yoga teachers alike. Each class will focus on a specific area in the body and the related meridians, based on traditional Chinese medicine and the five-element theory.

So, I hope to see you on the yoga mat for some juicy yin yoga sessions where I´ll share what I love the most. Yin Yoga in a fusion with the poetry of Chinese medicine and its philosophy on how we can live our lives in an “artful” way according to the seasons.
