I’m Sofie Ringsten. Ex police officer and elite athlete, turned full time yoga teacher and educator, and acupuncturist trained in Beijing.

I live in Sweden and Maldives, where I work with yin yoga education as well as treating patients with Chinese medicine. I’m founder of Maldives School of Yoga, and co-founder of Majestic Maldives.
